(Editor’s Note: California Senate District 5 includes San Joaquin County and the northeast part of Alameda County. It has been represented by Jerry McNerney, D-Stockton, since 2024. He previously represented California’s 9th Congressional District from 2007 to 2023.)

(Editor’s Note: San Diego State Assemblyman 45-years-old David Alvarez, D-80, first elected in 2022 also represents Chula Vista and National City. Previously, he served on the San Diego City Council District 8, elected in 2010 until 2018. Alvarez is the first in his family to graduate from high school and college. He graduated with honors from San Diego State University.)

(Editor’s Note: Georgia Republican Congressman Andrew Clyde is 62-years-old, first elected to Congress in 2020, a Baptist and supporter of crisis-pregnancy centers. His district is northeast of Atlanta and he has served 28 years in naval aviation and was deployed three times to Iraq and Kuwait. Previously, Clyde was a gun store owner. Georgia Republican Congressman Mike Collins is 58-years-old, first elected to Congress in 2022, a Methodist and has owned and operated several businesses including a trucking company. He has also been chairman of one of Georgia’s largest credit unions and has served as president of his local chamber of commerce. Collins is running to become a Georgia Senator in 2026.)
