Previously, he served in the Georgia State Senate District 36 from 1982 to 2002 and the Georgia House of Representatives District 37 from 1974 to 1982. He founded a billboard advertising firm and is African American. Georgia Congressman Clay Fuller, R-14, is 45-years-old and assumed office in a special election this year. His family has lived in north Georgia since the 1800s. Previously, Fuller served as a Judge Advocate for the U.S. Air Force from 2010 to 2014 and returned to the Air Force National Guard starting in 2024 and was deployed to Kuwait for six months. The Georgia Congressional delegation has 9 Republicans and 5 Democrats.)
