(Editor’s Note: Butte County has a population of 208,000 and has 1,640 square miles. Oroville is the county seat. The most populous city is Chico with a population of 101,000 known for Biden Park–one of the largest urban parks in the world and Chico State University.)

(Editor’s Note: CA Assembly 11 District 11 consists of Solano County and portions of Contra Costa and Sacramento Counties.  Fairfield and Vacaville are two cities within the district. Assemblywoman Lori Wilson was the first freshman ever elected as Chair of the CA Black Caucus.)
