Local (Community): Pray for citizen journalists in California Senate District 34.

(Editor’s Note: California Senate District 34 is represented by 70-year-old California Democrat State Senator Tom Umberg of Santa Ana; first elected in 2018.)

(Editor’s Note: Indiana Congressman Marlin Stutzman, R-3, is 49-years-old, first elected to Congress from 2010-2017 and then re-elected to the same district seat in 2024. Before serving in Congress, he served in the Indiana Senate, R-13, 2009-2010, and in the Indiana House of Representatives, R-52, from 2002-2008. Stutzman is a fourth generation farmer and operates a 4,000 acre farm lying between Indiana and Michigan and is owner of Stutzman Farm Trucking. Indiana Congressman Jim Baird, R-4, is 80-years-old, first elected in 2018. Previously, he served in the Indiana House of Representatives, R-44, from 2010-2018, and as a Putnam County Commissioner from 2006-2010. He is the owner of a farm, a gas station operator, and owner of a home health agency and has undergraduate and graduate degrees in animal science and enjoys pig breeding. Baird served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam where he lost his left arm in a convoy ambush and won a Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts. Indiana’s Congressional delegation is 9 members: 7 Republicans and 2 Democrats.)
