(Editor’s Note: State Assemblywoman, Diane Dixon, first elected in 2022 was previously former Mayor of Newport Beach for two terms and served on the Newport Beach City Council from 2014-2022. She has served for decades on boards of philanthropic community-based boards of directors. Prior to public office, Dixon has worked in the private sector as a business executive. She is married to Pat Dixon, a career prosecutor, who serves as a Special Counsel to the Orange County District Attorney.)

(Editor’s Note: North Carolina Congressman David Rouzer, is 54-years-old, first elected to Congress in 2014 and is only the second Republican to represent eastern North Carolina since Reconstruction. Previously, he was in the North Carolina Senate, 12th District, from 2009-2013 representing Johnston and Wayne Counties. He worked at North Carolina State University College of Agriculture from 2001 to 2002 and then for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a rural administrator from 2005 to 2009. North Carolina Congressman Mark Harris is 59-years-old and has been in office since 2025. He is the lead pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Mooresville, North Carolina and has also been the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church in Charlottesville, North Carolina and the President of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. The North Carolina Congressional delegation is made up of 14 members: 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats.)
