Prayer Focus:  Pray for citizen journalists in Butte County; for California State Senator Angelique Ashby, D-8, Sacramento (first elected to the California Senate in 2022); and Idaho Republican Senators Jim Risch (first elected 2008) and Mike Crapo (first elected 1999).

Local (Community): Pray for citizen journalists in Butte County.

(Editor’s Note: Butte County has a population of 208,000 and has 1,640 square miles. Oroville is the county seat. The most populous city is Chico with a population of 101,000 known for Biden Park–one of the largest urban parks in the world and Chico State University. The Enterprise-Record is the main newspaper of Butte County.)
